I am an Assistant Professor at the Centre of Excellence in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Ganpat University, where I contribute to advanced teaching, research, and innovation in next-generation electronic systems.
My academic journey spans leading global and national research institutions. I have served as a Doctoral Researcher at the Power Electronics Innovation Centre, Efficient Power Conversion (EPC), Italy, where I worked on cutting-edge advancements in electronic and power device technologies. I have also contributed as a Research Assistant at IIT Kharagpur and NIT Silchar, engaging in impactful, high-quality research projects in emerging areas of electronics and computing.
In addition, I bring hands-on experience in patent drafting and intellectual property development from Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, strengthening my focus on innovation-driven research translation.
My research interests lie at the forefront of technology, focusing on Nanoelectronics and Spintronics Devices, with an emphasis on future computing architectures, advanced memory systems, and energy-efficient electronic devices.
